On March 12, 2024, Wang Ziyan, Secretary-General of the Wuxi High-Tech Enterprise Association, Jin Qisen, Vice President of Wuxi Vocational Institute of Technology, Dr. Xu Jianhong and Dr. Xu Lv from the Teaching and Research Department of Wuxi Vocational College of Commerce and Industry, visited Kailong Hi-Tech for an on-site investigation and exchange, aiming to explore specific pathways and implementation plans for industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation.

At Kailong Hi-Tech headquarters, HR Director Ma Ge and Deputy Director Chu Xiutang warmly received the visiting delegation and provided a detailed introduction to Kailong Hi-Tech’s development history, business layout, technological innovation, and talent development. Director Ma Ge noted that Kailong Hi-Tech has always been committed to building a high-quality, high-skilled workforce to meet the demands of the company’s rapid growth. He also frankly expressed the company’s urgent need for industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation, hoping to attract more talented individuals with professional skills and innovative spirit through this approach.
